Unable To Upload Images On Steam?

Hello friends. I am new to this forum, and this is my first post also. I was having a problem. The problem is I am unable to upload images on Steam. After several attempts, I failed to solve the issue. Can anyone provide any suggestions in this regard?

Hello, 
U have to configure on steam parameters  how and where put files: 
Load Steam -> Parameters (Left click on 'Steam' at the top left) -> 'In game' -> Choose 'F12' (my own options)
Then u can choose where u expect stock the captured files.

So, guys, I found a solution from the link after searching on Google today. The issue is fixed after applying the process mentioned there. Now I can upload images on Steam easily. Thank you.
